Bring on the buyers!

Choose an agent who will make certain that your home receives maximum exposure.

When your home is for sale, you'll want to reach as many potential buyers as possible. The more buyers we can expose your home to, the better chance we have of finding that one buyer who loves your home the best and is willing to pay the most for it. Think of an auction. When the bidding starts, will the item bring a higher price with 5 people attending the auction, or with 50?

You'll need an agent who will make certain that your home receives maximum exposure by utilizing today's technologies: YouTube, Facebook, REALTOR.com, Zillow, Trulia, just to name a few (there are hundreds!), of course the MLS, and networking through their brokerage network and the local community. Every agent can get your home in the MLS - but what will your home look like when it gets there? You'll want an agent that will take the right steps to make sure your home looks its best and will optimize your home's presence online beyond the MLS. Contact me to find out how I can do that for you!

The process for showing your home regarding logistics, feedback, and security will be discussed in detail with your agent. We'll want to make sure that it's as easy as possible for other agents to schedule appointments and conduct tours with their clients, this will increase the number of potential dance partners (buyers) you may have at the ball (when your home is listed).
